Alberta Lee Jones AKA Granny was born to the late Jim and Alberta Jones in Live Oak, Florida on April 25, 1928. She was united in holy matrimony on April 16, 1946 to the late Mr. Wesley Jones Sr. in Valdosta, Georgia and was a resident of Live Oak, Florida.

Mrs. Alberta joined the Church of The Kingdom of God and remained a member until her death. She surrendered to our Lord call on November 29, 2019 at Suwannee Health Care in Live Oak, Florida.

Mrs. Alberta was preceded in death by four children; Jeffrey, Barbarann, Milton Jones Sr. and Kenneth Jones Sr.

Mrs. Alberta leaves to mourn and cherish her memories to her two sons; Wesley Jones Sr. and Dennis Sr. (Alicia) Jones of Live Oak FL. One stepson; Frank Redman of Wellborn FL. Three daughters; Ella Mae Jones, Joann (Bishop) Warren of Live Oak FL, Bertha Mae Jones of Dunie, FL. One stepdaughter; Peggy Jones Brown of Live Oak FL. Two brothers; William Jones and Charles (Corrine) Jones of Live Oak FL. Two sister in laws; Alma Slunner of Clearwater FL and Mertise Jones of Live Oak FL and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
