Angela Clay Sheppard , age 57, was called home on Saturday, April 06, 2024, at the Lake City Medical Center.

Ann , as she was known by many was born on July 04, 1966, to Betty G McClain and the late Monroe Clay in Jennings, Florida. She accepted Christ at an early age and attended St. Mary Baptist Church. She attended the public Schools of Hamilton County. After, she married Michael Sheppard and moved to Camp LeJeune, North Carolina and from that union two daughters were born.

Ann was a devoted daughter, mother, and grandmother who loved the lord, her children, and grandkids more than anything and spending time with family. Upon her return she resided in Madison, Florida where she worked at Gold Kist for several years until her health permitted her to leave.

She was preceded in death by her father Monroe Clay, grandparents- Mattie Mae Thomas, Cydney Clay, Ruthie Mae McClain, Earnest McClain, Uncle Earnest McClain and Brother Norman Jackson.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories her mother Betty G McClain, daughters, Kiesha (Juan) Harris, and Angelica Sheppard; grand-children, Kailah Singletary, Regan Harris, Amoni Brown, Morgan Harris and Juan Harris Jr; sister Jenine Clay; brother Reginald Clay; nephews Tyrie (Cherith) Florence and Norman Jackson Jr.; nieces, Denyia (Irving) Hickerson, Moneesha Florence, Jashauna Florence, Lakisha Haynes and Natasha (Victor) Watch; uncles Robert McClain, Lenorris (Kshara) McClain, Izell McClain and Dennis (Kinshara) McClain; Aunts Ella Ruth McClain, Elaine McClain and Betty Lock-Bell; a special cousin/sister Princess Bailey and brother Kenneth Lock; Best Friends Ava D Curry and Hope Jackson- Anderson; host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
