Mrs. Anthenette A. Baker Beasley was born to the late Peter Baker Sr. and Jimmy Lou Baker on April 16, 1966. she attended the public school system of Live Oak, Florida. She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Springfield Baptist Church.

Anita was raised in Live Oak, Florida, where she slept away peacefully on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. Mrs. Anita was a joyful and loving person. She loved to sing and dance and was always the life of the party.

She met and married John Ray Beasley in late 2000 and to that union one child was born (Sade Beasley).

She leaves to cherish her memories: a common-law husband , Rozell Waters of Americus, Georgia; three (3) daughters : Denise Baker, Sade Beasley, and Adashia Williams; one son who proceeded her in death, Taurus Reed; stepson , lil John Beasley Jr. (Dominic) and Ray John Beasley; two sisters : Barbara Strother (Michael) of Hahira, Georgia and Maggie Francis (Richmond) of Life Oak, Florida and future son-in-law , Drek Jackson; brothers : Peter Baker (Judy) of Live Oak, Florida and Wyndell Holland of Live Oak, Florida; grandchildren: Xavier Lewis of Live Oak, Florida; Rilee Wells of Brooksville, Mississippi; best friends :  Charlotte Hall Pinkney and Mammie Clayton; along with a host of uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.

Anita was preceded in death by her father , Peter Baker and two sisters : Tammie Baker and Shirley McKelvey
