Miss Clara Mae Gibbons was born 01/14/1943 to the late Theodore Gibbons and Pearley M. Gibbons in Hamilton County Florida. She attended the public schools of Hamilton County, was a member at the Arc of North Florida for 38 years, she also worked at a workshop for occupational therapy and by all accounts she lived a good life that many of us can only wish we could live.

On the morning of February 17, 2023, GOD dispatched his angels from Heaven above to the Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL to rescue his child from the earthly tabernacle to enter his eternal resting place.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 4 brothers, James Gibbons, Joe Nathan Gibbons, Nathaniel Gibbons, and Samuel Gibbons.

She leaves behind fond memories for all who knew her throughout the neighborhood, the county, and with her friends at the Arc of North Florida.

Those left to cherish her precious memories are 4 brothers: Scott Gibbons, William Gibbons, Oscar and Lynn Gibbons of Lake City, FL, Andrew and Carrie Gibbons of Live Oak, FL. 4 Siters: Theodore Gibbons of Jasper, F, Mary Alice (Hanson) Moore, Ruby Gaddy of Lake City, FL, Ruth Wright (David) of Tampa , FL. Many extra special friends from the Arc of North Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing relatives and friends.
