Connie Francis Alleyne, age 73, was born on January 5, 1950, to the late Annie Grace Allen-Bailey and the late Willie (Bill) Byrd in Jasper, FL.

As a child, Connie dedicated her life to Christ and carried His Spirit with her, she later joined Alpha and Omega Restoration Outreach Ministry of Jasper, FL where she was seen as one of the mothers of the church.

She attended the Hamilton County School, JRE Lee in Jasper, FL but at an early age, Connie moved to and finished her education in the state of New York.

Later in life she worked at the Hotel Gorham in downtown New York as a housekeeper but worked her way to Manager of the same department. Being an exceptional woman, she was accepted and served as the Secretary for the Order of the Eastern Star.  After building a successful career for herself and family, she moved back to her native home of Jasper, FL where she continued to work and later retired as a Packer from Goldkist in Live Oak, FL.

Connie was a loving woman, a devoted daughter, the eldest and caring sister, a nurturing mother, the greatest friend and phenomenal aunt. She helped in various ways with the upbringing of several nieces and nephews along with children in love.

Connie leaves this message to her family during this time of mourning, "I loved everyone, even my enemies, I loved them always. To my grandchildren, take care of one another, stand together, tell one another daily that you love him or her."

It is with great sorrow she was called home on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Suwannee Valley Nursing Center in Jasper, FL.  She is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Allen, her late sister Geraldine Byrd, husbands, Thomas Greene and Orville Alleyne. She joins her brother, Ronnie Allen, son Bernard Williams, grandson Noah Stubbs, special friend Bob Brown Sr. and a host of other loved ones and family members.

Connie is survived by her 5 children, Monica Evans of Jasper, FL, Maurice

(Adrienne) Goulbourne of Lake Park, GA, Crystal Brown of New Jersey, Jonathan

(Taneisha) Brown and Sheremah De Jesus both of Jasper, FL. Her siblings Charles

Lawry of Graceville, FL, Felton Allen of Orlando, FL, Willie Mae Williams of Jasper,

FL and Annie Laura Allen of Jacksonville, FL, Aunt Carrie Lee Rollin, Uncle Jack

Rollins both of Winter Haven, FL and her devoted best friend Alice Wallace of

Virginia.
