Mr. Daniel Wester Jenkins was born in Foley, Alabama to the late Steve and Mattie Jenkins. Mr. Jenkins departed. this life on November 27, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center.

Mr. Jenkins was a hard-working man who was employed. in the logging industry for 43 years, retiring only 3 years ago. He was also a devoted. husband, wonderful father, great friend and dedicated steward at St. Paul AME Church.

Mr. Jenkins was preceded in death by his wife: Alzenia Jenkins; one daughter: Latrell Gilyard.; six brothers: Paul, Frank, Auther, Lee, Pat, and Steve Jr.; and two sisters: Pearlie and Willie B.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children: Cleothe Jenkins (Tina), Ralph Jenkins (Raylene), Mattie Jefferson, Julianne Brown (Henry), Ray Jenkins (Wanda), Zenith Jenkins, and Rodriguez Gloster (Kristal); twenty-six grandchildren; forty-eight great- grandchildren; seven great, great-grandchildren; two special great-grandchildren that he helped raise: Ayden Jefferson and Isaiah Jefferson Perez; special friend: Ann Moss; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
