Eartha Mae "Nit" Coffee , a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, friend, and cherished member of her of her community.  Eartha was born March 9, 1940, to Willie and Artie Webster.  Eartha lived her life with a deep sense of purpose, compassion, and faith. She leaves behind a legacy that will forever be remembered by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.

Eartha accepted Christ at an early age and joined New Bethel A.M.E. Church in Bellville, Florida. Eartha graduated from JRE Lee High School in Jasper Florida in 1958 and soon after she married Roosevelt Coffee.

Eartha was a proud mother of seven children, two of whom preceded her in death (Calvin & James Coffee).  To Eartha, family was her heart and soul. She loved to gather everyone together, especially on Sundays and holidays, ensuring that her home was always filled with laugher, love, and the aromas of delicious food.  Her family was her greatest joy, and her loyalty to them was unmatched - whether they needed a comforting word, a helping hand, or simply her presence, Eartha was always there.

A woman of many talents, Eartha worked as a farmer and a car saleswoman. Eartha was a trailblazer in the car sales industry, and she received numerous awards for her sales numbers and her dedication to her customers.  Through her hard work and dedication, she became the owner of her own car dealership Coffee Auto Sales.  Her work ethic, paired with her natural charm, sense of humor, and knack for words, earned her the respect and admiration of her customers and colleagues.

Eartha was also deeply committed to her community and faith.  As an active leader at New Bethel AME, she served as a missionary, steward of the church, and the Youth (YPD) director.  She guided others with love and faith, always willing to offer her time, energy, and wisdom to those in need.  Whether she was mentoring young people or leading church initiatives, Eartha's impact on her community was profound and lasting.

Her passion extended beyond her roles in the church and business.  One of Eartha's passions was helping families honor their loved ones through meaningful memorial services.  This calling allowed her to bring peace and comfort to others in times of grief, further demonstrating her selflessness and compassion.

Those who knew her remember her parting words whenever she hung up the phone or left your presence. "You be good now."  These words were more than a farewell- they were a reflection of who Earth was.  She cared deeply for those around her, always encouraging others to live their best lives, be kind, and do good in the world.  It was a gentle reminder that she was watching over you, even when she was not physically present.

Eartha's legacy is one of love, strength, and unwavering faith.  She leaves behind a family that adorned her, a community that respected her, and a world that is better for having had her in it.
