A Time To Be Born:

Frances Annette Bell McCaskill was born in Live Oak, FL on February 24, 1958, to the late Aaron and Mariah Bell.

A Time To Grow:

Frances attended Suwannee County Public Schools. In addition, she studied various trades. She went on to become a correctional officer at Mayo Correctional Institution for over 10 years.

A Time To Serve:

At an early age, Frances accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and joined Mt. Moriah IAME Church. She loved to minister to others through song whenever there was an opportunity. She also led the Mt. Moriah IAME Church prayer line. Frances was always eager to share the gospel.

A Time To Be Married:

Guy, Sr. and Frances were united in holy matrimony and to this union two sons were born. Prior to her marriage, Frances was blessed with one daughter.

A Time To Die:

The beautiful life of Frances, better known as Annette, came to a close on October 7, 2024. She was preceded in death by her father, Aaron Bell, Sr.; her mother, Mariah Bell; five brothers, Morris Bell (Marion), Aaron Bell, Jr. (Lillie), Jimmy Holmes (Lillian), Freddie James Bell, and Eugene Bell; one sister, Clara Hill; two brothers-in-law, Anderson Robinson and Willie Jean Owens; and one god-sister, Patricia Maxwell.

A Time To Mourn:

Frances leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Theresa Weatherspoon (Frank); two sons Guy McCaskill, Jr. (Loretta) and Jonathan McCaskill; like a daughter, Taye Patrick (Carsey); one brother Horace Bell (Harriett); four sisters, Cora Owens, Barbara Linton (Braxton, Sr.), Sharlene Harris, and Lynda Robinson; beloved brother-in-law, Walter Tillman; three aunts, Ethel Stephens, Mamie Lee Griffin, and Francis Hall; fourteen grandchildren, Maiah Cason, De'Onte Jones, De'Nesha Jones, Guy McCaskill, III, Destiny Weatherspoon, Shekea Weatherspoon, Dale Baker, Iesha Henderson, Devin Brinson, Walashya Gallon, Dontavious Davis, Chrysten Patrick, Hayley Patrick, and Tacari Patrick; three great-grandchildren, Ny'Asia Montgomery, Tre'Vion Montgomery, Dre'Vion Montgomery; three godchildren, Pat Davis (Kenny), Alberta Jones, and Phillip Jones: two special nieces, Tracey Tillman and Elane Owens; six devoted best friends, Mamie Thomas ( Mr. T) , Sherlen Newton (Don); Una Waters (Sylvester), Shawanna Cherry, Phyllis Postel, Lucette Garrett; two god-brothers Clyde Fleming and Hayward Jelks; one god-sister Vera Martin; and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
