LaDoine Rapheal Gosha also known as "Jack" was born to Mr. Robert and Mrs. Patricia
Ann Gosha in Fayetteville North Carolina on October 9, 1974. He was educated in the
Columbus City School System in Columbus Georgia.
Before moving to Valdosta, Jack became a father to a beautiful baby boy, LaDoine Rapheal
Gosha Jr on January 6, 1992.
In December 1995, Jack moved to Valdosta Georgia where he met his loving and
devoted wife Tamika Deon in 1997. The loving couple was married for 24 years and to this
union they became parents to a handsome baby boy named Mikal Zihyir. An avid football fan,
Jack supported his favorite college football team the Florida State Seminoles( Go Noles!) and
his favorite professional team, the Denver Broncos. Win or lose, Jack remained a loyal fan.
Because of his lifelong love of football, Jack became a member of the South Georgia Football
Officials Association. It was on the field he would demonstrate his knowledge and love for the
game as a referee for Pop Warner, and high school football games in the South Georgia region.
Jack also had a passion for fitness and health and became a Level One Certified Firefighter by
the accredited agency of the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications in 2010.
Jack was preceded in death by his mother Patricia Ann Gosha of Columbus, Georgia.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory to his wife Tamika Gosha of Valdosta Georgia, his two
sons, SGT LaDoine Gosha Jr. of Fort Bliss Texas and Mikal Gosha of Valdosta. He also leaves
to cherish his loving memory to his father Mr. Robert Gosha of Columbus, Georgia and loving
bonus mom Margit Gosha of Wurzburg, Germany. His supportive younger brother Demetrick Gosha of
Columbus Georgia and His father and mother in love, Deacon Otis C. Edith and Mrs. Willie Dell
Edith of Stockton, Georgia along with his sister in love, Shebelya Denise Edith of Valdosta. A
special uncle and aunt Mr. Larry and Mrs. Veronica Brown of Columbus, Georgia and a
supportive Godmother Ms. Geneva also of Columbus, Georgia. Devoted and lifelong friends,
Keith Jackson and all the surviving members of the dance group 2Krushal, Mr. Otto Johnson of
Valdosta and Mr. Michael "Mike" Shaw of Douglas Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews and
cousins that he loved dearly.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Has at Specialty Select in Tallahassee
Florida and the entire staff at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for the care and dedication shown
to our loved one during his stay at each facility. Another heart-felt thank you to Martin's
Famous Pastry Shoppe- his place of employment in the city of Valdosta Georgia, our church
family, The Vision Church and Pastor Franklin Walden Jr. and also Mr. Eric A. Brown and Sons
Funeral Home in Jasper, FL.
