To my forever baby,

The one who made me a momma first. Never in a million years I would have thought I’ll be doing life without you in the physical. I have to keep moving forward because that’s what you would have wanted. So many memories run through my mind. You were so special, and different. You were truly one of a kind. You had so much of my personality with our quirkiness. I can still hear you when I’m doing and saying the typical mom stuff; you knew just how to hush me up or calm me down by answering me in your proper voice “Yes Mother” Whoever encountered you hopefully they knew how blessed they were. Son, you had the biggest heart and would go over and beyond for others. You wanted everyone around you to be happy. I still see your smile. A smile that brightened up the world, and the most radiant beautiful eyes. I may never know why you had to leave me so early, but I choose to be grateful for the 22 yrs the Lord gave you us. You are my forever gift. I love you so much! Words will never be able to express that. We will make you proud, and everything you had in your heart to do we will finish. As I write to you, I feel this unexpected love and peace. You will always live in my heart until I see you again. my baby….my sweet, sweet baby.

I love you forever,

Ma

My son,

For 22 years, you were one of the greatest blessings of my life. Watching you grow, hearing your laugh, talking with you, and simply knowing you were here are memories I will cherish forever.

Nothing could have prepared me for the day I would have to say goodbye. A parent is never supposed to bury their child, and this pain is deeper than words can ever express. A part of my heart left with you, and I know I will never be the same.

Even through this unbearable grief, I promise to keep moving forward and be there for our family. It won’t be because I’m okay—it will be because I know you would want me to keep living, loving, and carrying your memory with me every single day.

Thank you for giving me the privilege of being your father. Thank you for every smile, every conversation, every lesson, and every moment we shared. You made my life better simply by being in it.

Until the day we’re together again, I’ll carry you in my heart with every breath I take. Your name will always be spoken, your memory will always be honored, and your love will never leave me.

I love you more than words could ever express, my son. Rest peacefully until we meet again.

Forever your Dad. 💔🕊️
