Mrs. Rosilind V. Wiggins was born on July 9, 1954 to the late George and Addie Clark in Live Oak, Florida. She accepted Christ at a early age . Mrs. Wiggins attended school in Jacksonville Florida. In 1972 she met and married Lonnie Wiggins and joined the Church of God By Faith, In Bradford Florida. She was an active and faithful member.

Mrs. Wiggins worked several jobs. Her last job was a certified nursing assistant until her health fail.

Mrs. Wiggins leaves to cherish her loving memories a devoted husband: Lonnie Wiggins. Two brothers  George(Cleo) Clark, and Clarence Clark , both of O'Brien, Florida . One Brother in law Clarence (Juanita)  Wiggins , Jasper, Florida . One sister in law Lilly B. Wiggins, Dayton Florida . A host of nieces, nephews, close friends, and cousins.
