Timothy Wright was born in Bellville, Florida on December 27, 1947, and entered his heavenly home on January 4, 2025. He was at home with his daughter and grandchildren by his side, upon his sunset.

was raised from birth by his grandparents, the late Reverend Oscar Rayam Sr. and Roberta Rayam. He was the son of Bishop Harvey Wright and Louise Gibson-Stone, who preceded him in death.

attended Hamilton County Public Schools and graduated from J.R.E. Lee High School, Class of 1965, located in Jasper, Florida.
Timothy Wright
accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Church, Bellville, FL until joining Architillery Missionary Baptist Church, Madison, FL. There he was an active member serving as head of the Deacon Board and other various boards of the church. Timothy believed in telling people about the goodness of Jesus. Timothy loved the Lord and served Him as a faithful servant. Timothy would say, "In All Things, Give Thanks."
Timothy Wright
married the love of his life Mattie L. Wright of Cherry Lake, Florida. They moved to Rochester, New York where Timothy worked at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, New York. They later returned to Madison, Florida. Upon his return, Timothy gained employment at Dixie Packers and remained a dedicated employee for over 20 years. After retiring, he worked a few various jobs including The University of Florida - 4
H Camp at Cherry Lake.
Timothy Wright
grew up in the country, learning the value of hard work, appreciation, and dedication. His grandparents instilled in him morals and values. They modeled the importance of sticking together as family and loving each other. They taught him to put God first in everything you do, love your family and treat others the way you want to be treated.

believed in treating people fairly, with dignity and respect. Timothy was known for smiling and was often called "Smiley". His smiles were contagious. He was loved and he loved.
Timothy Wright was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, the late Mattie L. Wright. Timothy leaves to mourn two sons: Thaddeus (Abigail) Wright and Terrance Wright; two daughters: Debra Roberts and Shonda (Andrew Jr.) Graham; three brothers: Otis Gibson, Spencer (Debra) Gibson and Sheldon Wright; two sisters: Dearier (Joseph) McCall and Decener (Antonio) Brown; three dedicated uncles: Reverend Edward Rayam, Booker T. Rayam and Deacon Matthew (Rutha Mae) Rayam; seven grandchildren: Jakarti Brown, Nion Francis, Ah'Zeria Francis, Natalyia Wright, Nicholas Wright, Tarralyn Wright and Osei-Yah Wright; five great grandchildren: Cody Brown, Jakarti Brown Jr., Cheyenne Brown, Christian Brown and Brian Wright. With a host of godchildren.
Timothy Wright
was a one in a million husband, a fantastic father, "A SuperHero" on earth, a loving brother, a caring son and the best grandfather.
Timothy helped and loved any and everyone. He leaves so many memories to many other relatives and friends.
