Tommie Lee Thomas was born January 24, 1925 to the late Deacon Lawrence Thomas and the late Alice Thomas. Tommie served in The United States Army where he fought in WWII. On June 5, 2019 at the Crestwood Nursing Home, Valdosta, Ga. With loved ones and friends standing by his bedside, Tommie Lee answered the heavenly master's call saying Well done, thou good and faithful servant: Matthew 25:21.

Tommie Lee is preceded in death by his parents, one daughter; Mary Alice Hitson, his sister; Gladys Thomas Waters.

Tommie leaves to cherish his memories, His wife; Mother Gordie Mae Thomas, Son; Willie Lee Thomas, Daughter in law; Lillie B. Thomas, son in law; Lamar Hitson. 3 grands; Pam Hitson, Angela Thomas and Willie Lee Thomas, Jr, 1 great grand; Willie Lee Thomas III. A Host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in laws and friends.

Home going celebration will be 1:00 PM Saturday, June 15, at Mt. Olive Holiness Church in Statenville, Georgia. Bishop Horace Brown, Jr. is the pastor and will officiate. Burial will follow in the MayDay Cemetery, in MayDay, Georgia.  Professional  Mortuary Services entrusted to Eric A. Brown and Son Funeral Home.
