Wendy Tillman was born in Live Oak, FL on December 18, 1959, to the late Aaron and Mariah Bell.
A Time To Grow:
Wendy attended Suwannee County Public Schools. In addition, she attended a Technical College in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where she earned her secretarial certificate.
A Time To Serve:
Wendy joined Mt. Moriah I.A.M.E. Church at an early age. She served as an Usher, a Steward, the President of Choir #1, and an Assistant Teacher for Youth Bible Study.
A Time To Be Married:
Walter and Wendy were united in holy matrimony on August 13, 1983 and to this union two children were born.
A Time To Die:
The beautiful life of Wendy came to an end on January 8, 2020. She was preceded in death by her father, Aaron Bell, Sr.; her mother, Mariah Bell; five brothers, Morris Bell (Marion), Aaron Bell, Jr. (Lillie), Jimmy Holmes, Freddie James Bell, and Eugene Bell; one sister, Clara Hill and two brothers-in-laws, Anderson Robinson and Willie Jean Owens.
A Time To Mourn
Wendy leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband, Walter Tillman; two daughters, Dominique Jackson and Tracey Tillman; one brother Horace Bell (Harriet); five sisters, Cora Owens, Barbara Linton (Braxton, Sr.), Sharlene Harris, Lynda Robinson, and Annette McCaskill; four aunts, Laura Ford, Ethel Stephens, Mamie Lee Griffin, and Francis Hall; stepchildren, Adrienne Lovette, Brandon Lovette, Shirley Walker, Gwendolyn Tillman, Joan Tillman, Angela Danson, and Walter Tillman, Jr.; like daughters to her Shamicka Weatherspoon and Keshia Williams; special niece, Theresa Owens; devoted best friend, Debbie Allen; special friend Diane Jones; godbrothers Clyde Flemming and Haywood Jelks; and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
